This building is formed by 3 distinct functional blocks, administrative block, production block and technical block. The production area is based on the maximization of useful area and the elimination of physical obstacles. A broader structural mesh was designed, so that the design was in line with these premises, thus creating freedom in defining the production block.

The administrative block, in turn, has two weights that combine administrative and social aspects. Open space offices are one of the great advantages of this administrative block, as well as the visual contact, which is allowed through the placement of glazed spaces, between the production area and the administrative block.
