The concept of this project focuses on 3 distinct blocks, which correspond to the 3 areas of this unit, namely, administrative block, production area and technical areas. These 3 blocks are treated in different ways, namely in relation to their volume, height and materiality of their coverings.

The administrative block has a concept with differentiated and bold lines, thus giving the building a trace of elegance and modernity, having also its lower body than the production block. The production area is differentiated by the different coatings of the administrative block. The technical areas have the lowest capacity for maintenance purposes.
