The building consists of a compact volume, where all the functional spaces of this industrial unit are organized. From the administrative area, production, warehouse and the wharf area itself, which is excavated in the main volumetry. A prefabricated concrete structure and metal panel façades are used.

Conceptually, the idea was to use a soap box, as a compact element, the exception being made through some metallic vertices, which give the facade three-dimensionality. The blue color used in the openings and details of the facade, color the building, refer to the corporate image of the company, as well as to the purity associated with beauty products.
