The building consists of a volume, developed on 1 or 2 floors depending on its function, where the administrative, social and industrial production areas are integrated.
The latter is made up of the production area, technical areas and logistics. The structure is prefabricated and consists of pillars, beams and slabs of precast concrete. The facades are made of metal panel.

The concept for the main façade is to take advantage of the volumetric horizontality, through a visor across the entire length of the building, which in addition to its function, also segregates the wharf area of the administrative area. In order to break out of horizontality, a metric of vertical panels was designed to give rhythm to it.
