This building is developed in 2 main volumes, an industrial pavilion, divided into 3 zones, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse and production area and an office block.
The structure is made using prefabricated concrete and deck covering and non-combustible materials were used, a concern that has always been at the basis of the project.
In the administrative block, with 3 floors, one of which is for expansion, the main concept of the project was the search for flexible spaces in functional terms, corresponding to the needs of the company now and in the future.
This concept is reflected both in the design of spaces and in the model building systems used.
