This building consists of 2 volumes, which despite having the same material in concrete, are designed differently.
The production is organized in a pure and static volume of 2 floors, where the laboratory, production and warehouse areas are located.
The administrative block is also developed on 2 floors, torn by a floor of technical areas.
In the production volume, horizontal glazing on the side façades is ripped, which favor natural light and the comfort of users.
In the administrative block, the glass façade with metal sheets, takes on an exuberant architecture and an important role in the entire intervention, since it faces the street and turns out to be the image of the building.
