With the use of BIM, we enhance effectiveness and efficiency, favoring the cost and time reduction of design and build process, the reduction of costs, as well as the development of projects with a higher degree of confidence. According to the American association ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors), BIM promotes a reduction of around 72% in Requests Clarification, a reduction of around 55% in changes under construction, an increase of 25% in productivity under construction and a 2.95% reduction in direct construction costs.
